Return Policy

IMPORTANT
Please open package(s) and inspect contents to verify the order is complete and no parts are missing or damaged. When this material was picked up by the transportation company (carrier) that delivered it to you, it was in good condition. Safe delivery is the responsibility of that carrier. If when unpacking this shipment, concealed damage is discovered or parts are missing, place a claim with the carrier. Hot Rod Works cannot do this for you. In order to collect for damaged/missing parts the carrier must be notified with in 10 days of you receiving your order. You must leave the damaged items and packing material as is until the carrier has inspected them. The carrier will not accept a claim if the merchandise has been moved from the point of carrier’s delivery to another address.

Return Policy

All returns are subject to our approval and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returns within 30 days will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Returns after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restock fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. No returns will be accepted if the part(s) has been installed, altered, painted, plated or otherwise used. If the part(s) is bolt marked, bent, dented or scratched and can’t be resold as new no refund will be given. Don’t send the part back to us. Returned products must include all parts and literature and be carefully boxed to avoid damage during shipping. If the part(s) is damaged during shipping to Hot Rod Works no refund will be given. We will gladly return the part(s) to you at your expense.

No returns on special order items.

Hot Rod Works reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements in design, materials or specifications to its products without notice or obligation to make such changes retroactive.
